Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with PRC workers
Experience in construction sector and dealing with blue collar foreign workers
Experience working in an SME environment
Higher Nitec or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
Must have payroll knowledge (CPF, SDL, SHG, IR8A, IR21, etc.,)
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (QuickHR, Info-Tech)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
