Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including requirement gathering with Hiring Managers, hiring planning, candidate sourcing, coordinating selection activities, monitoring hiring progress, and handling the offer process through to candidate onboarding.
Proactively build a passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool.
Manage and develop relationships with external recruitment vendors/partners, including headhunters and staffing agencies, to ensure a qualified and timely candidate pipeline for hiring needs.
Coordinate with vendors on candidate submissions, screening alignment, and recruitment progress, while monitoring vendor performance, service quality, and compliance with agreed terms; and handle candidates from offer stage through onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Coordinate with internal teams to process vendor payments, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with agreed commercial terms.
