- Senior HR Executive
- Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 5 day week
- Industry: Construction
- Employee headcount : 100 pax (Including Construction workers)
Main Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of HR duties
- Well verse with work permit, S Pass, EP requirement for Construction sector
- Renewal of work passes, Dormitory arrangement when necessary.
- Maintenance training records of construction workers
- Utilize effective recruitment and selection strategies
- Develop innovative and creative alternatives to identify potential candidate pools
- Work with managers to ensure that suitable internal or external candidates are recruited for specific positions as required
- Maintain internal communication of vacancies and appointments
- Follow through on new appointments to receive the appropriate induction program, coordinated by respective manager
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and recorded
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full spectrum of Human Resources function
- Min 2 years of experience in construction sector.
- Well verse in work pass requirement for construction sector
