Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the administration and coordination of training activities, including course
registration, scheduling, logistics and maintenance of training records.
- Manage training grants and programmes, including application submission, documentation and payment processing.
- Liaise with department coordinators and staff on training nominations and requests and assist in monitoring training budgets and attendance.
- Register mandatory courses (e.g. CSOC, bizSAFE) and track completion status.
- Assist with CoreTrade renewal for worker and supervisor levels.
- Provide administrative support for training and development initiatives, including identifying suitable courses based on approved training requests.
- Assist in processing and coordinating Work Pass renewals (via MOM WPOL) for foreign workers, including document preparation and submission support.
- Support receptionist/front desk duties when required, including handling calls, visitors and basic office coordination.
Qualification Requirements
- ITE certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g. Whyze) will be an advantage.
- Good coordination and organisational skills with attention to detail.
