Maintain employee records , and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date
Work passes application, issuance, renewal and cancellation
Assist in enrolling workers workplace safety and construction courses and renewal
Maintain good documentation and filing system
Able to liaise with foreign workers
Handle matters related to workers’ medical claims, insurance claims (WICA & Foreign worker insurance), leave applications.
Assist with administrative matters & procedures pertaining to workers' dormitories and residential address
Provide general administrative and clerical support to departments
Maintaining hardware/software listing & labelling, check on office supplies
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Knowledge of Employment Act.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Candidate must possess minimally a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma
Min 1 years working experience preferred for this position.
Fresh Graduates also welcome
Responsible, meticulous and able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
Good working attitude and communication skills.
Able to multi-task, work independently and at the same time possess good team spirit
