SAMH C’SAY provides engagement, screening, case management and intervention for youths, and engages youths for ongoing monitoring and support. As a CREST-Youth team, it also works actively with youth agencies, schools and community partners to provide holistic case management for youths and their families.

Key Responsibilities for AssistantSenior Case Worker:

-       The Assistant Senior Caseworker supports Team Lead/Assistant Manager in overseeing the CREST-Youth team to ensure service delivery is in accordance to the intended programme objectives and care model for CREST programme as outlined under the terms & conditions of the Letter of Award/Addendum.

-       This role requires the identified personnel to have the relevant competencies, with sufficient years of direct work experience and service with clients with mental health issues necessary for the purpose of supervision of staff in the respective field.

-       He/She assists in maintaining an overview of the service planning and implementation of the CREST programme.

-       He/She will work closely and provide guidance to the CREST team to achieve the CREST goals of outreach to increase mental health and awareness, promote early identification and link those at risk and with needs to the appropriate support and resources, and provide follow up support.

-       In addition, the Assistant Senior Case Worker will establish and/or maintain networking with other community partners or agencies, for purpose of collaboration and facilitate care

Educational/professional qualifications

Minimum a degree in Psychology or Social Work or relevant courses

-       Experience working in Social Service Agencies, especially youth work will be an added advantage

-       Experience with facilitation, case management counselling skills ·

Job Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities of senior staff nurses would include those of staff nurses, but also to demonstrate competency in clinical skills and knowledge by performing complex nursing procedures, utilizing clinical judgment, critical thinking and problems solving skills in the delivery of patient care. As a senior staff nurse, effective communication skills would be required to guide subordinates in all direct and in-direct patient care activities. Performing preceptorship duties and taking initiative in daily problem solving is a requirement. Qualification/Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school by Singapore Nursing Board with either Certificate, Diploma or Degree OR; a Nursing Bachelor degree from a foreign country
