Then come in and join us as the Digital Oncology (DO) Sales Manager for APJ to accelerate standalone software, SaaS and FullScale adoption. The role leads regional DO sales execution, supports zone without dedicated DO sales capacity, and improves pipeline quality, forecast accuracy and backlog conversion in line with FY26 growth objectives.
Your Role:
- You will own APJ DO sales strategy and execution across ARIA, Eclipse, STM, SaaS, and FullScale services.
- You will support zone-level DO sales execution and directly engage in strategic customer opportunities.
- You will improve DO pipeline health, opportunity conversion, and backlog progression.
- You will coordinate with Marketing, Technical Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Service teams.
- You will provide market and customer feedback to regional and global DO leadership.
- You will enable zone sales teams through training, tools, and best-practice sharing.
Your Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in sales, commercial, or business management roles, preferably within healthcare, medtech, digital health, or enterprise software.
- Proven experience driving regional or multi‑country sales performance, ideally across APJ or similarly diverse markets.
- Demonstrated success in selling software, digital solutions, SaaS, or service‑based offerings, preferably alongside capital equipment or complex solutions.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (clinical, IT, procurement, finance, executive leadership).
- Prior exposure to oncology, radiation therapy, or hospital digital ecosystems is strongly preferred.
