Follow up on leads and customers assigned from HQ and showrooms
Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and lifestyle needs
Prepare 2D & 3D drawings, design proposals, and quotations
Collaborate with team members to develop creative design concepts
Plan, manage, and execute projects to meet deadlines
Attend to walk-in customers at showrooms and exhibitions
Conduct site visits and prepare site reports
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, contractors, and management
Handle after-sales service and customer follow-ups
Assist with payment collection
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
What we're looking for
SPM / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh grads with passion are welcome too!)
Proficient in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
(Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
Familiar with design software such as AI House, SketchUp, or similar tools
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player

Bertemu pelanggan untuk memahami keperluan, keutamaan dan keperluan gaya hidup mereka
Menyediakan lukisan 2D & 3D, cadangan reka bentuk dan sebut harga
Bekerjasama dengan ahli pasukan untuk membangunkan konsep reka bentuk kreatif
Merancang, mengurus dan melaksanakan projek untuk memenuhi tarikh akhir
Melayan pelanggan yang datang secara terus di bilik pameran dan pameran
Menjalankan lawatan tapak dan menyediakan laporan tapak
Menyelaras dengan jabatan dalaman, pelanggan, kontraktor dan pihak pengurusan
Mengendalikan perkhidmatan selepas jualan dan susulan pelanggan
Membantu dalam kutipan pembayaran
Melaksanakan tugasan ad-hoc seperti yang diarahkan
Apa yang kami cari
SPM / Diploma / Ijazah dalam Reka Bentuk Dalaman, Seni Bina, atau bidang berkaitan
1–2 tahun pengalaman berkaitan (graduan baharu yang mempunyai minat mendalam juga dialu-alukan!)
Mahir berbahasa Inggeris, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
(Mandarin diperlukan untuk berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan yang berbahasa Mandarin)
Mahir dengan perisian reka bentuk seperti AI House, SketchUp atau perisian yang serupa
