Job Summary

• Directly support the Assistant Director of Revenue in ensuring the success of the revenue management and strategy of the hotel.

• Assists to maximise room revenue and occupancy by analysing market trends, setting pricing strategies, and managing distribution channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in setting daily room rates based on demand, seasonality, and competitor pricing. Monitor occupancy levels and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

• Support the implementation and dissemination of the pricing and revenue strategy.

• Analyse historical data, booking patterns and market trends to help identify yielding opportunities, develop pricing strategies and track key performance indicators such as RevPAR, ADR and Occupancy levels.

• Generate and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.

Job Summary

Chef De Partie (garde manger) is responsible for managing and overseeing a designated kitchen section, ensuringthe preparation and presentation of high-quality A la Carte, Buffet, and Catering dishes in accordance with hotel standards.
