Qualifications

· Degree or Diploma in electrical, electronic or mechatronics engineering

· Knowledge of offshore vessel - electrical generation, distribution MSB, shipboard auxiliary equipment, electronic equipment, thruster and DP control system

· Experience as a service engineer or technician supporting offshore vessel troubleshooting of dynamic positioning and critical electrical / control systems

Purpose of the Job

• To lead the development, optimization, and stabilization of plating and etching processes for advanced semiconductor packaging, contributing to mass production readiness, yield improvement, and customer-specific technical solutions.

Key Job Accountabilities:

Requirements
