JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Presently able to manage full set accounts, including AR, AP and GL
· Responsible for accounting (GST, payments, cash flow, closing documents, etc.)
· Customer service /Sales order handling.
· Payment processing and Reporting documents
· General administration (support communication, equipment management, etc.)
· Arranging courier, hotel reservations, calling a cab, Transport etc.
· Support HQ for Customer visit, expatriates, communication
· Multi-task with Administrative
· Assist on travel arrangements &/ VISA application for staff
· Any other ad-hoc duties tasked by the Manager and Directors
· Other general affairs, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration
· At least 3 years of relevance experience handling financial accounting and general administration duties.
· Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and experience in accounting.
· Able to work in fast pace working environment.
· Must have SAP requirements.
