As our high growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Accounts & Admin Executive to support our expanding present Singapore and region! The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of working experience in similar role. We offer competitive remuneration package and good career progression opportunities.

In this role you will:

A.  Accounts Responsibility:

·    Maintain accuracy of general ledger.

·    Perform daily accounting & finance duties includingreceivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliationetc.

·    Prepare monthly financial and management reports formanagement.

·    Oversee AR and AP data and maintenance of sub-ledger.

·    Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system.

·    Support audit and tax queries.

B.  Admin Responsibility:

·    Reporting to Sales Manager.

·    Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.

·    Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.

·    Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents.

·    Responsible for shipment arrangement to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.

·    Establish active communication and engagement with sales and logistic team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

·    Point of contact for Key account inquiries and being an inside sales for existing customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

·    Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

·    Basic accounting skills.

·    Computer skill such as MS Office.

·    Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Experience & Sales Executive.

You will be the first point of contact for students and parents, managing enquiries, guiding them through lesson sign-ups, and assisting with instrument and accessory selection.

This role combines customer service, operations, and consultative sales — with clear progression opportunities into senior operations or centre management.

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: $2,100 per month
• Performance & sales incentives
• Typical monthly earnings: $2,500 – $3,200

Work Schedule & Eligibility

• 5-day work week
• Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days
• 2 off days on weekdays
• Retail hours (approx. 10:30am – 7:30pm)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Enquiries

• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and walk-ins
• Guide students and parents through trial lessons and enrolment
• Provide clear, professional, and timely communication

Instrument & Retail Sales

• Recommend suitable violins, cellos, and accessories based on customer needs
• Assist walk-in customers with product selection
• Build trust through honest, consultative recommendations (no hard selling)

Operations & Administration

• Support lesson scheduling and student records
• Track attendance and assist with daily operations
• Handle basic billing and administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean and organised centre environment

Team Support

• Coordinate with teachers on schedules and updates
• Assist with recitals, events, and centre activities

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• Good communication skills in English
• Confident interacting with customers and making recommendations
• Organised and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Responsible and follows through on commitments
• Comfortable working weekends and retail hours
• Interest in music or education is a strong advantage
