JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) for a major LTA MRT infrastructure project involving station building and tunnel structures.
This role will work closely with project management, site teams, design engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to consistently maintain high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and update Quality Plans, procedures, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, LTA requirements, and company QA/QC standards.
- Supervise inspection and testing of construction works, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely investigation, corrective actions, and proper documentation.
- Conduct regular site quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with approved method statements, construction sequences, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities to resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide guidance and training to site staff to ensure proper implementation of quality standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, LTA specifications, and quality management standards.
- Prepare quality performance reports and present updates to project management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with changes in building codes, regulatory requirements, and construction quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles for large-scale infrastructure or MRT projects.
- Experience working on MRT stations, tunnelling projects, underground structures, or major LTA infrastructure developments in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection processes, testing requirements, and construction standards.
- Familiarity with ASTM, BS, and EN standards and relevant industry specifications.
- Experience implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
