About The Role

Reports to the Centre General Manager with specific responsibilities for planning, preparing and organizing promotional activities to increase shopper traffic for the shopping mall, handling the marketing and leasing of advertising and atrium space, management of media, as well as manage and maximize A&P budget to ensure that expenses are kept within the approved limit.

What You’ll Do

* Draw up an overall marketing communications program and possible solutions for the shopping mall and the necessary budget to meet the business strategy of the shopping mall.

* Plan and prepare A&P materials and activities to increase sales within the shopping mall, working with advertising agencies, media partners and tenants including the conceptualisation, planning, creative co-ordination and implementation.

* Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video tapes, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.

* Propose A&P budget and monitor and track expenditures.

* Media liaison / public relations duties related to the shopping mall:

* Write communications material such as circulars and articles, prepare corporate presentations, coordinate photo shoots and to host property tours.

* Manage the loyalty program by reviewing the rewards mechanism from time to time to ensure its

competitiveness in the industry, and to grow member databases and achieve customer retention.

* Review and develop the best solution for digital loyalty program.

* Oversee that content for digital and social media platforms are updated, and to enhance community growth and engagement.

* Co-ordinate third party requests for filming and photography.

* Compile and keep current media reports / press clippings pertaining to the shopping mall.

* Conduct training and briefing of a team of customer service officers on the daily handling of tenants / public queries pertaining to the shopping mall, its A&P activities and events.

* Conduct research and analysis to understand the current marketing situation in the retail industry.

* Bachelor's degree from Marketing/Advertisement and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience and/or training. Prior specialty a&p experience in Retail properties will be preferred.

We are an AI-powered education company building a new education model for the Singapore market.

This is a hands-on founder-stage role for a commercially strong builder who can help drive student growth from zero while also helping shape the first commercial proof points for the Singapore market.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Singapore.

This is not a mature admissions role inside an established branded institution. It is also not a pure back-end operations role.

The education offering is still being refined, so this role is best suited to someone who is comfortable working with an early product, translating it into clear parent-facing value, and helping shape a commercially workable offer for Singapore parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Build early student enrolment traction for the Singapore market from zero

• Drive parent consultation, objection handling, conversion, signing, retention, and renewals

• Translate a new AI-enabled education proposition into clear parent-facing value

• Work closely with founders to localise the concept for Singapore and refine early go-to-market execution

• Understand and respond to Singapore parent decision logic, local competition, and offline centre dynamics

• Help shape the first-centre parent journey, follow-up rhythm, and admissions workflow

• Contribute practical thinking on SOPs, user journey flow, and early scale-up readiness

• Gather market feedback and surface practical commercial insights to help improve the offer

• Test and refine growth channels including outreach, partnerships, referrals, roadshows, and local activation efforts

• Support a high-accountability, founder-stage build environment where priorities may evolve quickly

Requirements
