• Familiar with key industrial software applications such as Continuous Emissions Monitoring System, KEPServerEX OPC Server, Dream Report, and WIN-911.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of both hardware and software components.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (I/O lists, tag databases, wiring diagrams, SOPs).
• Collaborate effectively with vendors, project engineers, automation and control engineers, process engineers and field technicians during system installation and commissioning.
• Provide technical expertise and consultancy support during tendering and project development phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in SCADA programming and industrial automation.
• Proven experience with SCADA platforms such as AVEVA/Wonderware System Platform.
• Familiarity with PLC systems from Schneider Electric and Siemens.

Job Description:

• Actively drive and push civil and structural construction progress to meet project milestones and overall schedule
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence daily and weekly site activities with subcontractors and supervisors
• Support the Project Manager in schedule planning, progress tracking, and recovery actions
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material deployment to ensure productivity targets are met
• Identify construction bottlenecks, constraints, and delays, and implement corrective measures promptly
• Coordinate civil and structural works with MEP, process, and cleanroom trades to avoid clashes and downtime
• Ensure site execution follows approved drawings, method statements, and work sequences
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and housekeeping standards are maintained
• Lead daily site coordination meetings and progress discussions with subcontractors
• Track actual progress against baseline schedule and highlight risks and mitigation plans
• Support procurement follow-up to ensure timely delivery of materials and subcontractor works
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, inspection requirements, and documentation
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of civil and structural works

Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site-based experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, data center, or high-tech industrial projects
• Strong experience in site execution, progress control, and schedule driving
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades on active construction sites
• Good understanding of construction sequencing, productivity planning, and recovery strategies
• Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and site practices (BCA, SCDF, WSH)
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for electrical and instrumentation related tasks with focus on safety
• Perform electrical and Instrumentation troubleshooting
• Able to work and trouble shoot with AC low voltage single phase and 3 phase systems
• Identify and maintain an optimum level of electrical spares and drives to reduce plant downtime, take drive parameters back up and need to maintain
• Ensure systematic documentation of Maintenance Procedures and Risk Assessments, SLD, E&I related and maintenance records for troubleshooting purpose
• Experience in 3 phase generator control interfacing to grid power
• Liaise with PE and organize preventive maintenance for MV and high voltage (22Kva)
• Understand and develop electrical panel schematics if needed
• Guide technician on troubleshooting part if needed for ACMV, CCTV, Access control system, PA system, power and lighting
• Update and control of Electrical specification, procedure and drawings
• Material Management including consumables, parts and spare units
• Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, record and report
• Review and approve of service, repair and overhaul equipment, record and report
• Managing routine 5S at the maintenance workshop, store and work area at site
• Communicate with clients, consultants, project personnel and relevant authorities
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation / Maintenance Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and power plant operations
