As an IVVQ Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, participating and supervising the efficient integration, verification, validation and qualification(IVVQ) execution of defence and supporting systems. You will ensure that the appropriate means and practices are applied to guarantee adherence to defined requirements and quality standards with minimal wasted effort or inefficiencies. The Engineer is responsible for the Test plan and reports, assuring that the scope of the IVVQ activities fully covers all aspects of the system under test, while taking all previous verification activities on comparable systems into account to optimize the test effort.

Responsibilities:

·        Work with project team to ensure that all the requirements are verified and validated using the appropriate test method and means and also maintain the Traceability links between system specifications to test procedures.

·        Setup and maintain products/systems in the integration and test lab including servers, storage, network hardware, software components, project configurations, test scripts, tools and accessories.

·        Develop test and automation scripts to support site performance and robustness testing process, such as analysis of log collected and producing performance statistics based on site test data collected.

·        For any test campaign, prepare test environment, test configurations and virtualized environment as required, develop and execute verification procedure, compile the results documents, manage the deviations and record all verification results.

·        Analyze the system logs and communicate information on variances and anomalies to stakeholders,

·        Support Factory Acceptance Test, Site Integration and Testing: planning the test, communicating with customer, onsite testing, prepare report and submission to customer.

·        Conducts all the quality reviews required by the process, including, but not limited to, the Test Readiness Reviews, Technical Qualification Reviews, and Final Qualification Reviews.

·        Support and follow all Configuration and Change Management (CM) processes required by project team and customers.

Requirements:

·        Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent

·        Strong advantage on relevant Professional qualifications

·        5 years’ experience and knowledge on Windows Servers and clients operating systems and administration, Linux operating systems and administration, embedded systems, storage, network and security configuration.

·        5 years’ experience on virtualization, such as VMWare, Hyper-V,

·        5 years’ experience on integration and testing IT system.

·        Strong technical background with experience and knowledge in bash and python scripting.

·        Fluent in spoken and written English.

Job Summary:

Serves as the onsite manufacturing lead for our client’sThird-Party Manufacturer (TPM) Operations team and is responsible for transferring new products and processes from R&D into production, as well as sustaining post-transfer projects. This is achieved through organization, schedule adherence, and alignment with overall program objectives. The role provides dedicated local leadership to drive execution of all activities required to establish compliant, robust, and fully validated manufacturing processes. Accountable for manufacturing related technical documentation, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the timely completion of projects at TPM.

Job Scope:

Process Development, Design Transfer, and Sustaining

·       Write process specifications and equipment requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams and TPM stakeholders.

·       Own the development and maintenance of process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions (WIs), inspection plans, validated parameter settings, pFMEAs, DOEs, and validation protocols and reports (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV).

·       Review and provide feedback regarding line design, capacity estimates, and cycle time analyses developed by the TPM.

·       Lead process monitoring activities and manage KPIs such as first-pass yield, machine uptime, and failure rates at the TPM, while driving sustaining and continuous improvement initiatives.

·       Ensure materials, equipment, personnel training, and quality controls are fully prepared and approved for commercial production.

·       Assess, manage, and execute change control activities that impact product design or validated manufacturing processes.

·       Participate in the development of technical project plans and schedules covering all site-level engineering activities.

Project Leadership & Execution

·       Support the development and execution of technical project plans and detailed schedules for all engineering activities at the TPM site.

·       Report on project status, including progress, risks, milestones, deliverables, and provide routine updates to Operations Management.

·       Maintain cross-functional alignment across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and global stakeholders.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.

·       8+ years of experience in the medical device or similar regulated industry, with a focus on manufacturing, NPI, or process engineering roles.

·       Hands-on experience in process development, equipment installation and commissioning, and FAT/SAT activities.

·       Demonstrated experience leading process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

·       Solid foundation in general engineering principles.

·       Proven expertise in process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) within a regulated environment.

·       Working knowledge of Quality System Regulations (ISO13485 and/or 21 CFR 820), with experience in medical device risk management per ISO 14971

Overview

Our client operates the networks underpinning Singapore's national 5G connectivity. The IT team is small and senior, meaning less bureaucracy, more ownership. This is a hands-on role across network engineering, systems, cloud, and security, working closely with the Cybersecurity team in a compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure engineering

• Design and administer network infrastructure - routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, NAC, wired and wireless

The Process Lab Engineer owns & oversees the operation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the process lab within a cleanroom environment. This role ensures Facility equipment functionalities, adherence to cleanroom standards, and provides critical support for daily operations like Customer demo build, process development, SW/HW testing, and other Engineering activities

Key Responsibilities

Cleanroom Operations & Management

• Enforce cleanroom 5S protocols, safety standards, and contamination control procedures
• Manage environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, particle levels).Ensure compliance with ISO cleanroom standards and internal quality requirements
• Ensure proper setup, calibration, and readiness of lab equipment for engineering support.Coordinate lab scheduling and usage across project

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Facility, DI water equipment and process gas supply systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs with vendors when necessary and coordinate regular maintenance and yearly shutdown activities
• Maintain equipment logs, calibration records, and maintenance documentation.
• Support installation, qualification, and commissioning of new equipment.

Facilities & Utilities Management

• Oversee cleanroom-related facilities such as DIW, CDA, vacuum, power supply, and process gas systems.
• Work closely with facilities and EHS teams to ensure safe and reliable operations.
• Monitor utility usage and support optimization initiatives. Support audits (internal/external) and maintain proper documentation

Process & Engineering Support

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical).
• 5 years of experience in semiconductor front end/backend Equipment, cleanroom systems and Facility equipment maintenance
• Proficient knowledge of cleanroom protocols and contamination control.
• Hands-on skills in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiarity with facilities systems (DI Water system, gases, vacuum and process chiller) is a plus.
