Job Description

The Manager, Risk & Compliance is a new role at Hafnia, to be based in Singapore or Copenhagen and part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance pillar within the Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG team. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and organisational effectiveness.

 Operations & Administration

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, and funding requirements.
• Develop, review, and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and supervision for Administration, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Operations, and Community Relations functions.

 Finance & Governance

• Support budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting processes.
• Analyse operational and financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor audit findings and ensure timely resolution of compliance matters.

 Stakeholder & Community Engagement

• Support fundraising initiatives and maintain positive relationships with donors and funding agencies.
• Oversees feedback, complaints, and service recovery processes.
• Foster strong partnerships with community stakeholders and external agencies.

Qualification

• Recognised Degree/Master in relevant field
• At least 8 years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, community care, social services, or non-profit organisation.
• Strong knowledge of operations management, regulatory compliance, governance, and financial management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive organisational improvement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours

Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:

8.00am to 5.15pm (Monday - Friday, 45 minutes lunch break inclusive)

or

8.30am to 5.45pm (Monday - Friday, 45 minutes lunch break inclusive)
