Overview 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Inpatient Operations, the Senior Executive (SE) / Assistant Manager (AM) / Senior Assistant Manager (SAM) will assist in the management of assigned clinical and/or patient services in the hospital and/or project management role for ward infrastructure and/or building improvement projects. Leadership and Strategic Planning

Major Duties (80%)

• Experience in examination management, academic operations, or a similar administrative environment is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Capable of prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure during peak assessment periods.
• Willing to work 1–2 hours beyond regular working hours on weekdays or Saturdays when requested.
