Pedagang Visual Dalam Kedai merupakan peranan yang berfokus pada pelaksanaan yang bertanggungjawab untuk melaksanakan, menyelenggara dan mempromosikan piawaian perdagangan visual di kedai. Tanggungjawab Utama

1. Pelaksanaan & Penyelenggaraan Piawaian Penjualan (40%)

Melaksanakan piawaian dagangan harian di kedai-kedai utama Singapura untuk memastikan imej jenama yang konsisten

Laraskan dan optimumkan paparan kedai mengikut garis panduan perdagangan ibu pejabat

Menjalankan lawatan dan pemeriksaan kedai secara berkala, dengan segera membetulkan sebarang masalah yang dikenal pasti

Mengekalkan penggunaan dan penempatan peralatan dan bahan dagangan di kedai dengan betul

2. Latihan Kakitangan Kedai (35%)

Melatih kakitangan kedai tentang kesedaran dan kemahiran asas perdagangan

Membangun dan melaksanakan pelan latihan pemasaran kedai

Pantau keberkesanan latihan, berikan maklum balas dan cadangan penambahbaikan

Tetapkan penanda aras perdagangan di kedai untuk meningkatkan piawaian perdagangan keseluruhan

3. Sokongan Paparan Promosi (25%)

Sokong kempen promosi dengan melaksanakan keperluan paparan khas semasa acara

Cipta paparan atmosfera bertema (bahan Pop, susunan paparan, dll.) berdasarkan tema kempen

Kumpulkan maklum balas pelaksanaan kedai dan terus tingkatkan penyelesaian perdagangan

Keperluan

1. Pengalaman Industri: 1-2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang perdagangan dalam jenama fesyen pantas (contohnya, H&M, ZARA, GAP, Uniqlo) atau peruncitan gaya hidup
2. Kemahiran Pelaksanaan: Biasa dengan proses dan piawaian penjualan fesyen pantas, dengan pengalaman paparan langsung
3. Kebolehan Latihan: Pengalaman melatih kakitangan kedai bukan profesional, dapat menyampaikan perkara penting berkaitan perdagangan dengan jelas
4. Bahasa: Fasih berbahasa Inggeris (bahasa kerja), Mandarin adalah satu kelebihan

要求

1. 產業經驗：1-2 年快時尚品牌（如 H&M、ZARA、GAP、優衣庫）或生活風格零售業的商品銷售經驗
2. 執行技能：熟悉快時尚商品陳列流程與標準，具備實際陳列經驗。
3. 訓練能力：具備訓練非專業門市員工的經驗，能清楚傳達商品陳列重點。
4. 語言：英語流利（工作語言），會國語優先

Position Overview

The In-store Visual Merchandiser is an execution-focused role responsible for implementing, maintaining, and promoting visual merchandising standards in-store. This position requires regular on-site presence, close collaboration with store teams, ensuring effective execution of merchandising standards, and creating an appealing shopping environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Merchandising Standards Implementation & Maintenance (40%)

Execute daily merchandising standards at key Singapore stores to ensure consistent brand image

Adjust and optimize store displays according to headquarters merchandising guidelines

Conduct regular store visits and inspections, promptly correcting any issues identified

Maintain proper use and placement of in-store merchandising fixtures and materials

2. Store Staff Training (35%)

Train store staff on basic merchandising awareness and skills

Develop and implement store merchandising training plans

Track training effectiveness, provide feedback and improvement suggestions

Establish merchandising benchmarks in stores to elevate overall merchandising standards

3. Promotional Display Support (25%)

Support promotional campaigns by executing special display requirements during events

Create themed atmospheric displays (Pop materials, display stacks, etc.) based on campaign themes

Gather store execution feedback and continuously improve merchandising solutions

Requirements

1. Industry Experience: 1-2 years of merchandising experience in fast fashion brands (e.g., H&M, ZARA, GAP, Uniqlo) or lifestyle retail
2. Execution Skills: Familiar with fast fashion merchandising processes and standards, with hands-on display experience
3. Training Ability: Experience training non-professional store staff, able to clearly communicate merchandising key points
4. Language: Fluent in English (working language), Mandarin is a plus
5. Work Ethic: Able to adapt to on-site working mode, hardworking, with strong sense of responsibility
6. Communication: Good communication skills, able to work effectively with store teams

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous merchandising experience in lifestyle/general merchandise retail stores
2. Retail experience in Singapore or Southeast Asia
