As the Senior Manager, Venue Sales & Event Management at ALPHA GALAXY SDN. BHD., you will lead the sales, business development, event coordination and operational management of our 21,000 sq ft multi-purpose event venue in Puncak Alam Selangor. This role is responsible for developing the venue as a revenue-generating business by driving event bookings, managing client relationships, overseeing event execution, coordinating vendors and internal support teams, and ensuring a professional venue experience for corporate, private and community events.

What you’ll be doing

1. Develop and implement venue sales and business development strategies to drive event bookings, rental revenue and venue utilisation.

8. Ensure the venue is clean, safe, presentable and operationally ready before each event, including pre-event and post-event inspections.
9. Monitor sales pipeline, confirmed bookings, venue utilisation, revenue performance, client feedback and operational issues.
10. Ensure all venue-related documents and records are properly maintained, fi led and tracked for future reference, reporting, audit and management review purposes.
11. Manage risks relating to property damage, safety, crowd control, vendor compliance, client disputes and payment collection.
12. Prepare regular reports and recommendations to management on revenue performance, market opportunities, operational improvements, pricing and manpower needs.
13. Lead, guide and support the venue sales and event operations team as the business grows.

What we’re looking for

Position Overview

The In-store Visual Merchandiser is an execution-focused role responsible for implementing, maintaining, and promoting visual merchandising standards in-store. Executive, Social & Digital Marketing

The Executive, Social & Digital Marketing will support the execution of social media and digital marketing initiatives for two hotel brands across eight properties in Singapore. Working closely with appointed creative and media agencies, this role will coordinate content planning, campaign execution, and digital marketing activities to ensure consistent brand presence, strong content delivery, and effective paid media support. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Workplace Safety and Health Management System across assigned school facilities.
• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, company safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments of facilities, equipment, and work activities.
• Maintain safety-related documentation, including permits-to-work, risk assessments, incident reports, and compliance records.
• Prepare and submit safety reports, statistics, and regulatory documentation to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across school facilities.
• Monitor waste management, water conservation, pollution control, and other environmental aspects.

Responsibilities

1.      Develop, maintain, and optimize systems related to quantitative investment, including modules for strategy backtesting, live trading, and risk-control monitoring.

2.      Integrate withthe APIs of major cryptocurrency exchanges (Binance, OKX, Bybit, Coinbase,etc.) to implement market-data subscription, order management, account-data synchronization, and fund transfers.

3.      Integrate with brokerage account-opening and trading interfaces such as Longbridge, enabling onboarding-flow integration and connectivity for market-data and trading channels.

4.      Handle the localized deployment and adaptation of externally procured systems—covering environment setup, data migration, interface integration testing, and secondary development—to ensure stable production rollout.

5.      Participate in the design and implementation of Web3-related technical solutions, including on-chain data monitoring, smart-contract interaction, wallet integration, and DApp development.

6.      Write technical documentation, establish operations and maintenance standards, and continuously improve system performance and security.

Requirements

1.      Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 3+years of development experience.

2.      Familiarity with quantitative-investment business logic, and an understanding of common quantitative-strategy frameworks and backtesting mechanisms.

3.      Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (Python / Go / C++ / Rust), with experience developing high-concurrency, low-latency systems.

4.      Familiarity with the Web3 technology stack and blockchain fundamentals, with hands-on on-chain interaction experience on major public chains such as Ethereum and Solana.

5.      Practical project experience integrating with major cryptocurrency exchanges via REST / WebSocket/ FIX APIs, and familiarity with signature authentication, rate-limiting, and exception-retry mechanisms.

6.      Experience integrating with account-opening, trading, and market-data interfaces of Longbridge or other brokerages, and familiarity with OAuth, KYC flows, and compliance requirements.

7.      Experience with localized deployment of externally procured systems; able to independently handle Linux server configuration, Docker / K8s containerized deployment, database migration, and middleware tuning.

8.      Knowledge of network security and data compliance, with basic system operations and troubleshooting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

•         Development experience at a quantitative hedge fund / private fund, brokerage, or on Web3projects.

•         Familiarity with DeFi protocols (Uniswap, Aave, Curve, etc.) and smart-contract development(Solidity / Rust).

•         Experience developing low-latency trading systems, high-frequency trading (HFT) systems, or market-data gateways.

•         Relevant certifications in finance or blockchain (e.g., CFA, blockchain engineer certifications).
