Job Responsibilities:

1. Providing Level 1 IT on-site or remote support to all end users in Eden Schools, Eden Centres and AAS HQ.
2. Providing day-to-day IT on-site support, troubleshooting desktop, laptop, mac book, iPad, printer, projector and with Microsoft 365 tools (OneDrive, Teams, Outlook,etc)
3. Provisioning new user accounts which include installing and configuring workstations, software, network printing & etc.
4. Updating documentation of IT assets, software license purchase and inventory records (as required)
5. Updating software license and hardware inventory (as required)
6. Liaising with vendors for tech support on laptops and desktops. (as required)
7. Supporting School events as and when required. E.g AV support, photographer. (as required)
8. All other duties as assigned by Supervisor or School Management

Period: Between Jun to Dec 2026

Work days: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Internship allowance: $1,400 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and technology-driven Information Systems & Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our restaurant group's business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT systems, accounting operations, HR administration, website and digital marketing activities, business reporting, and process improvements across the organization.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can bridge technology and business operations while ensuring efficient day-to-day management of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Information Systems & Technology

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, networking equipment, internet connectivity, and cloud services.
• Administer POS systems, online ordering platforms, reservation systems, and delivery partner integrations.
• Manage company websites and ensure content accuracy, uptime, security, and performance.
• Coordinate software implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Manage data backups, cybersecurity measures, and access controls.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Accounting & Finance Operations

• Supervise accounting staff and data entry personnel.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and government agencies.
• Generate management reports and financial summaries.
• Assist management in budgeting and cost-control initiatives.

Human Resource Operations

• Oversee employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll preparation and attendance records.
• Monitor leave, medical certificates, and staff documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Assist with work pass and regulatory documentation where required.

Website & Digital Marketing

• Manage company websites and online presence.
• Coordinate website updates, promotions, menus, and content changes.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
• Monitor online reviews and customer feedback.
• Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate digital advertising campaigns and promotional activities.

Operations & Reporting

• Prepare operational and management reports.
• Monitor business KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Support management with strategic projects and process improvements.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external consultants.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, systems administration, operations management, accounting administration, or related functions.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail operations is preferred.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
• Experience managing websites and social media platforms.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of networking, hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with website management platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage.
