The Events Specialist is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and internal engagements. 2) Salesforce

• To support the program and operations team in ensuring the integrity of information in Salesforce platform including the management and maintenance of said information.
• Ensure dashboards for KPIs are being updated in a timely manner, including ensuring parameters for additional criteria are included in the configuration of the platform.

3)     Running Funded Programmes 

• Ensure all necessary MOUs with external parties (e.g. MSF or Corporate Donors) are in place and are updated to ensure seamless execution of agreed timelines, deliverables and KPIs.
• Oversee and ensure smooth running of the entire projects, which includes:
• Assessing the needs of a project, and if necessary, building and training a skilled team to ensure KPIs can be met;
• Refining (if necessary) SOP to ensure all stakeholders are clear on the processes, requirements and KPIs to be achieved for the programmes;
• Completing necessary reporting to ensure momentum of study and surface any challenges or resourcing needs as needed.
• Support research efforts in data gathering exercises, including but not limited to, data extraction, conducting surveys and interviews, and facilitating focus group discussions.
• Participate in relevant meetings with external partners e.g. funders, MSF etc. where needed

4) General

• Assist Fundraising Team in preparing Grant / Funding impact reports with impact outcomes from specifically funded programmes
• Organize and conduct training on M&E tools for staff/ beneficiaries/ any relevant stakeholders;
• Share learnings with other partners when the need arises and be a DOT spokesperson at relevant events

Educational Qualification:

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience, with proven experience in leading IT projects, managing teams, and overseeing enterprise IT environments.

Job Description & Requirements

• Manage and lead the restaurant team to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including managing inventory, monitoring food and beverage quality, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ensure that all customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members to ensure the success of the restaurant.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the restaurant’s marketing efforts align with the overall business objectives and customer needs.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs and profitability, and develop action plans to address any issues or areas for improvement.

Requirements

Job Duties:

• Manage floor operations to ensure consistently excellent guest experience.
• Recommends and suggests specialties to guest, up sells whenever possible.
• Train and work together with service and kitchen team to build sales.
• Responsible for all ordering, inventory, stationary, stocks for daily use in outlet and manage stock levels and wastage.
• Inspects table and glassware for cleanliness and damages.
• Inspects service stations for cleanliness, functioning of equipment and sufficient supplies.
• Present bill upon request and processes payment.
• Train staff in the outlet as and when necessary.
• Ensure that service team adheres and comply with company’s policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback.
• Ensuring that the handover, closing and opening procedures are completed in each shift.
• Maintain a sound knowledge of the menu and presentation standards for food and drinks.
• Support cluster managers in optimising labour usage.
• Perform any others duties as directed by the Restaurant In-Charge and Operations Manager.
