• Degree in Mass Communication, Broadcast, Film, Television, or a related discipline.
• 7-8 years of relevant experience in drama development, scripted content creation, or creative production
• Deep understanding of genre trends, audience insights, and market dynamics to inform creative direction and development strategies across the Chinese drama development slate
• Strong interest in consuming a wide range of drama and content genres
• Experience in Chinese-language drama productions; exposure to international co-productions is an advantage.
