About the Role
We are looking for a Microsoft Identity Services Engineer / Lead to manage and maintain identity and access management solutions. This role involves supporting daily operations, monitoring service performance, managing accounts and subscriptions, and ensuring security compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for tickets related to Microsoft Identity services
Manage daily operations using runbooks provided by the IDNA (Identity & Network Access) team
Handle tenant provisioning, account, and subscription management
Monitor services to ensure stability, performance, and security
Manage incidents and follow prescribed security and compliance processes, including certificate rotation
Escalate unresolved issues to Microsoft or relevant teams
Maintain documentation and collaborate with team members for process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Engineer: At least 2 years of technical engineering experience with coding
Lead/Specialist: At least 5 years of technical engineering experience with coding
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Self-driven, able to work independently, and think strategically
Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and industry trends
Experience building or maintaining highly scalable services
Technical Skills
Programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS
Knowledge of open-source tools or frameworks is an advantage
