We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage faculty-related operations within a leading academic institution. This role plays a key part in enhancing faculty experience, driving engagement, and ensuring smooth execution of faculty lifecycle processes across recruitment, development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Faculty Recruitment & Lifecycle Management
- Oversee end-to-end faculty recruitment processes, including sourcing, onboarding, appraisal, promotion, and reappointment
- Ensure operational excellence with structured workflows, timely execution, and compliance with institutional standards
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top academic talent
Faculty Culture & Engagement
- Lead annual performance appraisal processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Manage faculty engagement, recognition programmes, and award nominations
- Support faculty career development, succession planning, and leadership initiatives
- Oversee faculty welfare, including well-being, conflict management, and case handling
Space & Infrastructure Planning
- Manage allocation and planning of faculty offices, research spaces, and common areas
- Support policy development, data analysis, and documentation related to infrastructure planning
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key point of contact for faculty-related matters with senior leadership
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and administrative teams to align processes and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in people or stakeholder management
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
