Key Responsibilities
- Support and supervise production line operations while performing hands-on tasks
- Cover operators when required to maintain production flow and targets
- Monitor line performance, quality, and food safety standards (GMP, hygiene, temperature)
- Conduct routine quality checks and basic corrective actions
- Ensure workplace safety, sanitation, and proper equipment usage
- Train and coach operators on procedures, quality, and safety standards
- Complete production records and support basic inventory and 5S practices
- Escalate operational or quality issues to the Team Leader when needed
Requirements
- Experience in food production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Comfortable working in a chilled/cold environment
- Basic understanding of GMP, food safety, and quality checks
- Able to operate basic production equipment and perform minor troubleshooting
- Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
