What You'll Be Doing

• Provide accurate and efficient adjudication of claims, validation, pre-authorisation of applications and LOG issuance to meet operational and SLA targets.
• Conduct regular review of current claims processes and working with internal stakeholders on developing new and improved processes to improve efficiency and overall claims experience.
• Manage escalations and stakeholder relations.
• Being a champion for change as well as providing on-going training and development for effective claims management.
• Liaise with the Insurance Company to verify exceptions as well as to resolve any complaints.
• Conduct analysis, prepare periodic reports and presentation when required.

• Strong technical understanding of the claims process for medical claims, preferable in a Third-Party Administrator/Managed Healthcare environment.

• Provide quotation for customers and advise the best insurance and its products
• Provide advisory roles for insurance related inquires
• Administer documentation for cost, claims and Issuance of Cover Note, Insurance Certificate and Invoicing to customer
• Follow up with customers on payment collection from customer
• Follow up with existing customers base for policy renewal
• Follow up with customers and insurance companies for payment of Excess pertaining to own damage claims and repair costs pertaining to third-party claims
• Liaise with all parties, mainly workshop and insurance partners for accurate information provide to customer and prompt repair of the vehicle
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, meet deadlines and perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
• Ensure all customer issues or complaints reported are resolved and addressed in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Weekly and monthly updates and report to Directors

Requirements:

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Possess Basic Insurance Concepts and Principles (BCP), Commercial General Insurance (CGI) & Personal General Insurance (PGI) Certificates is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build strong client relationship
• Meticulous with a flair for details, multi-task and highly committed
• Able to prioritize, articulate issues, problem identification, evaluation, and provide resolution
• Team player with self–discipline and willing-to-learn qualities

Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for daily financial accounting and bookkeeping of the Singapore entity, ensuring records are authentic, accurate and compliant.

· Implement group financial policies, conduct expense review, fund receipt and payment, reimbursement processing and invoice management.

· Assist with tax filing and tax compliance, liaise with local tax authorities and audit institutions.

· Participate in budget preparation, cost statistics and data verification to support business decision-making.

· Complete monthly, quarterly and annual closing, and submit group financial statements on time.

· Cooperate with internal and external audits, maintain proper filing of financial documents and collaborate cross-functionally.

· 

Job Requirements

· Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

· 1-2 years of relevant finance experience, familiar with SFRS / IFRS.

· Able to independently perform full-cycle bookkeeping, financial statements and basic tax work.

· Proficient in financial software and office applications, with strong data analysis skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

· Adaptable to cross-border collaboration, with strong execution and communication abilities.

· Experience with HR / administrative processes and Singapore labor regulations is a plus.

Basic Salary: Up to SGD4500, prefer candidate who can speak Chinese to coordinate with Chinese stakeholders

You will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting basic reporting, and ensuring smooth coordination of accounts-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Bookkeeping Support

• Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry
• Record receipts, payments, and bank transactions accurately
• Support accounts payable and receivable processing
• Help with invoice generation and payment tracking

Reconciliations & Admin

• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in reconciling client payments and broker/commission records
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents

Support for Finance Operations

• Assist with credit control
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Support preparation of simple reports or summaries for management
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business (or currently pursuing)
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office tools
