Core Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in preparing revenue/cost reports, analyzing business profitability, and supporting multi-year planning.
• Accounting Operations: Support accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. 
• Data Management: Utilize tools like Excel, SAP, or Power BI to perform data analysis, maintain internal controls, and improve process efficiency. 
• Business Rotations: Participate in structured rotations across different divisions (e.g., controlling, treasury, corporate tax, or pricing). 

Management Trainee - Finance

• Assist the finance department with daily accounting tasks, including voucher entry and maintaining ledgers
• Participate in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist in handling invoices, reimbursements, and payment requests, ensuring compliance
• Participate in budget preparation and track and analyze budget execution
• Assist in organizing and compiling financial data, providing data support
• Assist in completing audits, tax matters, and other finance-related tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, taxation, finance, or related fields
• Familiarity with basic financial knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and tax laws
• Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel and financial software
