· Manage all finance functions of the Company - general ledger, billings/AR, payments/AP, GST, budgeting and cashflow forecasting, bank account management
Work with external vendors over corporate secretarial matters, annual financial report and tax and statutory filings
· Liaise with external parties, including bankers, auditors, tax authorities Corporate – Human Resources
· Overseas and maintains the organizations foreign currency market position.
· Executes foreign currency transactions for clients. Establishes local exchange rates for retail customers based on market fluctuations.
· communicates rates to and directs other staff accordingly.
· Overseeing and reviewing works done by the finance team.
· Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
· Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.
· Budgeting and forecasting for the business.
· Liaising with external auditors and tax agents.
· Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement .
• Collaborate with Partners and VP, Investments and Asset Management in real estate deal structuring, including establishment/liquidation of project companies, provide insights over holding structure, tax, remittance procedure and operations risk
• Manage all finance functions of real estate deals on behalf of clients, including IFRS financial reporting, work with external vendors over book-keeping, corporate secretarial matters, annual audit, bank account management, tax and statutory filings
• Participate and contribute to investor update, presentations and investor enquiries as required
