• Acquire High Net-worth Clients & mine existing relationships across NRI customer base
• Facilitate FCNR/ Indian Rupee (INR) deposits as per the applicable product framework as part of overall asset allocation
• Provide appropriate investment advise to the clients based on their needs and risk profile in conjunction with the house views on various products and asset classes
• Conducting financial need mapping of clients to analyze key parameters including risk profile, asset allocation, investment horizon and liquidity needs
• Construction of customized portfolio proposals for clients through allocation of client funds into products across debt, equity and other asset classes
• Active review and re-balancing of client's AUM through timely buy/ sell/ hold calls triggered by clients' preferred or recommended allocation
• Responsible for striving towards the AUM Growth & Revenue generation from the relationships with ICICI Bank Private Banking - Singapore
• Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance as laid down by relevant teams/ authorities at all times
• To have a keen understanding and full awareness of, and adherence to, in-country regulatory framework, rules of engagement in the sales and marketing of investment
• Any other relevant task as assigned by Reporting Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate should have 3+ years of relevant banking experience
2. Customer Relationship Management skills
3. Knowledge of Financial Markets & Products (eg: Bonds, Equities, FX, etc.)
4. Knowledge and understanding of Indian banking landscape, India market and macroenvironment
5. CACS 1, CACS 2 and RES1B required

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end VUL policy lifecycle, from application submission to policy issuance, including custodian account setup and premium funding coordination
• Design and implement operational frameworks, including documentation standards, controls, and risk management practices
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for VUL operations, supporting brokers, distributors, and bancassurance channel
• Manage and optimise relationships with private banks, custodians, and distribution partners, ensuring seamless execution
• Track and report SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics, driving continuous process improvement and efficiency

Critical Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with business related qualifications
• 15+ years of life insurance operations experience, with strong exposure to VUL products
• Deep understanding of VUL lifecycle processes, including custodial structures and premium flows
• Strong knowledge of due diligence, compliance assessments, and regulatory requirements within insurance or financial services
• Proven ability to build processes from scratch in a structured and scalable manner
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex HNW client scenarios

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure alignment with company objectives, policies, and budgets
• Enforce compliance with financial policies and procedures across all operations
• Lead initiatives to optimize accounts payable, invoice processing, and payment workflows for improved efficiency
• Manage cashflow for Singapore entities, maintaining liquidity while mitigating financial and interest risks
• Collaborate with FP&A and GL teams to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks to support audits and regulatory compliance
• Drive ad-hoc projects aimed at strengthening financial operations and controls
• Lead and manage finance teams and coordinate with shared service functions to achieve operational goals
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data and support decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operations
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and working with shared service functions

• Proficiency in SAP is an advantage
