• Architect and implement Cross-border Tax Planning strategies to optimize the group’s global tax footprint.
• Manage complex Cross-border Transactions and settlements, ensuring efficiency and compliance with international foreign exchange regulations.
• Navigate international tax treaties to mitigate risks and enhance capital efficiency.

3. Digital Economy & Payment Operations

• Manage financial operations related to App Store (Apple/Google) rules, revenue sharing models, and platform compliance.
• Oversee integration and optimization of various Global Payment Channels (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, and local digital wallets).
• Align financial workflows with business logic in the digital/mobile ecosystem.

4. Legal & Resource Integration

• Leverage a Legal Degree background to review complex financial contracts and provide internal counsel on structural risks.
• Utilize an extensive Business Resource Network (banks, audit firms, regulatory bodies, and investors) to facilitate business growth and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting AND a Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
• Professional Certification: CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Singapore, PRC, and US accounting standards. Hands-on experience in IPO execution and FDD processes. Deep understanding of International Tax Law and transfer pricing.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record in companies with high-volume digital transactions. Strong familiarity with App Store ecosystem policies and global payment settlement.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin required to engage with stakeholders across China, US, and SE Asia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Researches and verifies credit data on customers to establish or update lines of credit.

• Assesses, recommends and/or approves credit limits.

• Investigates and resolves customer invoice disputes to facilitate payment from, or issuance of, credit to customer.

• Reviews customer accounts for aging of unpaid balances and pending orders, solicits payments on overdue accounts, places delinquent accounts on ‘hold’ status until payment arrangements are secured, determines payment plans/schedules.

• Follows up on payment arrangements and recommends transfer of outstanding customer accounts to collection agencies.

• Develops and maintains relationships with outside credit and/or collection agencies.

• Maintains a variety of files and records associated with delinquent accounts, incomplete files and credit risks.

• Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy files in a timely and accurate manner.

• Other duties as assigned.
  

Job Requirements:
