Key Responsibilities

India Accounting & Compliance Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide regional oversight to cost teams and act as the key escalation point across multiple APAC markets.
• Align cost processes, governance, documentation, and reporting requirements across all sites.
• Support pre‑contract work such as ROM budgeting, commercial strategy, and procurement activities.
• Manage cost risk across the project lifecycle and oversee change order reviews.
• Consolidate cost data for regional reporting, forecasting, and funding submissions.
• Develop the capability of cost teams through coaching, onboarding, and process training.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• 6+ years of cost or commercial management experience, ideally with multi‑site or regional exposure.
• Strong background in pre‑contract planning, procurement, commercial strategy, and cost governance.
• Experience in mission‑critical or data center environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple regions.

Manager, Finance (1-Year Contract)

Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
Salary: Up to $7,500 (depending on experience)

The Role

You will be part of the Finance team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role supports group financial reporting, strategic analysis, and business partnering across the organisation and its overseas subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial analysis, including review and interpretation of financial results for the listed entity and its overseas subsidiaries

• Prepare quarterly and half-yearly financial reports, including board papers for the listed entity

• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and advisory support, including investment and divestment activities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast exercises

• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit closing and compliance

• Support statutory reporting requirements and regulatory submissions to relevant authorities

• Oversee statutory filings and respond to surveys from statutory bodies

• Work closely with country finance teams to ensure consistency in financial operations, reporting standards, and compliance with group policies

• Perform other ad-hoc finance-related duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure in real estate and/or fund management

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical skills with good business acumen

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Able to work independently and perform effectively under pressure

• Proactive, with a continuous improvement and learning mindset

• Mature, strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of accounting and financial functions including statutory and Monetary Authority of Singapore reporting, month-end, quarterly and year-end closing process.
  
• Manage daily accounting tasks including prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepayments, adjustments, intercompany), accounts payable/receivable and invoices processing.
  
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
  
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and sub-ledgers.
  
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial and management reports, analyse and highlight variances against prior periods, budget and KPIs.
  
• Responsible for annual tax filing, quarterly GST returns, manage and liaison with the tax agents on tax-related matters.
  
• Responsible for quarterly and annual returns to MAS for asset management company.
  
• Responsible for cash flow planning and projection.
  
• Coordinate and prepare annual budget and forecast.
  
• Liaising with external auditor to ensure timely preparation of audited financial statements with relevant disclosures in compliance with accounting standards and other relevant legislation.
  
• Supervise and review the work of finance staff and outsourced providers
  

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA
  
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of working experience, out of which at least 2 years in external audit
  
• Self-directed, hands-on, motivated with high degree of commitment to meeting deadlines, targets and objectives
  
• Strong analytical, people management, communication and organizational skills
  
• Good powerpoint and excel skills
  
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  
• Collaborative team player who can build relationships cross-functionally and contribute to team’s goals
  
• Candidates with relevant experience in the Hospitality or REIT Industry will have an advantage
