We are seeking a high-calibre Finance Manager who is driven, and possesses a strong ownership mindset. This is a key leadership rolefor a hands-on finance professional who can operate both strategically andoperationally, partnering closely with the business to drive performance andgrowth.

Key Responsibilities

·               Lead the full spectrum of financefunctions, including financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, andcompliance

·               Partner closely with business leadersto provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making

·               Drive financial planning processes,ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable outputs

·               Translate financial data intomeaningful insights to influence commercial and operational strategies

·               Oversee cash flow management, costcontrol, and overall financial performance

·               Strengthen internal controls,governance frameworks, and financial processes

·               Identify and implement processimprovements to enhance efficiency and scalability

·               Lead, manage, and develop the financeteam, ensuring strong performance and capability building

·               Work cross-functionally with variousstakeholders to drive alignment and business outcomes

·               Support tax planning initiatives,transfer pricing, and compliance matters where required

·               Leverage data analytics tools (e.g.,Power BI) to enhance reporting and decision-making

Requirements

·               Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline from a recognized local university

·               Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred

·               Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

·               Hands-on and adaptable, with the ability to balance strategic oversight and operational involvement

·               Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Group Finance Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures.
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group.
• Co-ordinate and lead the Finance Managers of subsidiaries to perform group financial activities.
• Ensure all financial, accounting and analytical reports are prepared according to the management policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting.
• Manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits.
• Complete and submit all GST returns and ensure compliance.
• Review CIT returns to be submitted by Tax Agent.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management.
• Oversee the costing function for the manufacturing activities in Singapore.
• Supervision of local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities.
• Perform any other tasks as the need arises.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 5-8 years of working experience, including experience in manufacturing costing, and supervisory experience.
• Prior working experience with Microsoft Business Central is beneficial.
• Current CA/CMA membership or equivalent would be an added advantage.
• Some travelling within Asia is required.
