Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate and effective credit administrative support to our business partners in Group Wholesale Banking / Corporate Banking in:

- Disbursement of loans

- Redemption of loans

- Payments for Project Accounts

- Administration and monitoring of collaterals and security documents

• Verify approvals are in accordance to policies and authority matrix

• Ensure that all conditions precedents are properly met prior to disbursements and / or redemptions

• Ensure payments under Project Accounts are processed in accordance to Housing Developer’s Rules

• Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework

• Ensure covenants, exceptions are logged, updated & monitored timely

• Attend to business partners’ queries & requests timely

• Contribute to process improvements and quality projects to enhance productivity and improve service

Skills/Requirement

• Diploma qualifications or higher

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar roles

• Meticulous, self-driven with strong follow-up skills

• Good inter-personal and communication skills

• Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze PR/GR and financial reports using SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Process invoice payments and ensure timely reconciliation of technology-related expenses.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Partner with senior technology leaders to monitor and optimize budget utilization for IT projects and operations.
• Support the renewal and budgeting of software and hardware contracts.
• Assist in managing project budgets, tracking spend against forecasts, and identifying variances.
• Prepare monthly financial dashboards and insights for the Technology Finance team.
• Oversee IT asset management, including inventory tracking, issuance, and decommissioning of laptops and other hardware.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.
• Support ad hoc financial and asset-related tasks as assigned by the Technology Finance Lead.

Skills / Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Essential

• 2–3 years of experience in a finance role within a technology-driven environment; experience in a financial institution or consulting firm is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills, with experience in financial modelling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data management.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in process improvement and automation within finance operations.
• Familiarity with PMO support in technology or banking projects is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (PEMS or similar ERP systems) is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of financial treatment for various technology expense types (CapEx vs. OpEx).
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle management is a plus.
