Job Summary
You will manage accounting, reporting, financial analysis, and investment portfolios for a Single Family Office, delivering accurate financial reports and analyses to support informed investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting processes to ensure accurate financial records and compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages, including financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and investment analyses
- Conduct on-demand financial analyses to support investment decisions and portfolio management
- Perform administrative ad-hoc tasks to support office operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in banking, family office, wealth advisory, or accounting firm environments
- Demonstrate high organizational skills and attention to detail
- Maintain absolute commitment to discretion and confidentiality
