We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager who is commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and excited to shape the future of finance through technology and AI.
You’ll partner closely with leadership, lead a high-performing team of four, and help drive strategic decisions across multiple markets and brands.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire
- Manage and develop a team of 4 finance professionals
- Coach and mentor team members to reach their potential
- Create a collaborative, high-performance culture
Business Partner
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team
- Translate financial data into business insights
- Support expansion projects, new initiatives, and strategic planning
Drive Innovation
- Champion automation and AI-powered finance solutions
- Streamline reporting and eliminate manual processes
- Identify smarter ways of working across the business
Think Like an Entrepreneur
- Challenge existing processes
- Be comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Take ownership and make decisions with confidence
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has 5-7 years of finance experience
- Has experience leading teams
- Is commercially minded, not just technically strong
- Loves solving problems and improving processes
- Is naturally curious and embraces new technology
- Is excited to learn and experiment with AI tools
- Enjoys working in a dynamic scale-up environment
- Is hands-on and willing to roll up their sleeves
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality or multi-site businesses
- Experience with business intelligence or automation platforms
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or finance automation software
- Experience supporting regional operations
