About the role:

SMITECH is seeking an experienced M&E Interface Manager to lead project interfacing and coordination for a major M&E construction and infrastructure project in Singapore.

This role will take charge of all project interface matters across Civil & Structural, Architectural, M&E building services, consultants, subcontractors, client representatives, authorities and other project stakeholders. Checking subcon’s work done for payment certifying purpose

Requirement

· Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure construction projects, e.g. drainage work, road and bridge work, reinforcement concreting work, piling work, earthwork, etc.

· Able to work out method statement and risk assessment independently.

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCAD, MS Project.
