The TD MDE Shift Engineer is responsible for robust shift-level operations that support TD work you're doing. • Develop a thorough understanding of products and applications through classes, seminars, and on-the-job training.

• Provide technical consultation and service to customers to help solve their applications using products in a variety of industries, selecting and promoting the proper company products/services for their application.

• Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to Singapore’s expectations and the challenges customers present you.

• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests.

• Secure new customers consistently and efficiently.

• Travel to customer locations three days per week and successfully sell products/services into a wide variety of manufacturing & related industries.

• Coordinate account strategy and contribute to territory’s strategic plan.

• Successfully implement new product-launch strategies.

• Deliver growth in market share within assigned sales territory.

• Coordinate off-site seminars and trade shows as needed.

• Manage day-to-day activities with little to no managerial supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business/Engineering related degree.

• Valid Class 3 License.

• Interest and aptitude to master highly technical products.

• Interest in manufacturing environments.

• Desire to improve yourself through our intensive training, mentorship, engaged management, and pro-active, process-oriented sales approach.

• Willingness to travel 60% of the time, including the possibility of overnight travel.

• Fresh grads are welcomed

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Kallang/Lavender

• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 8.15am - 5.30pm

• Salary: $4,150 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

Administration Responsibilities

• Manage office operations and daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain filing systems and company records.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.
• Support HR activities such as attendance and leave records.
• Liaise with vendors, customers, and service providers.

Accounts Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and petty cash records.
• Assist in monthly financial reports and account closing.
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
• Assist with GST/VAT, tax filings, and audit preparations (if applicable).
