Menyelaras model BIM dengan arkitek, jurutera dan perunding
Pastikan model mematuhi piawaian projek, pelan pelaksanaan BIM dan kod
Mengesan dan menyelesaikan masalah pertembungan dan penyelarasan
Kemas kini model berdasarkan perubahan reka bentuk dan maklum balas tapak
Membantu dalam pengambilan kuantiti dan dokumentasi apabila diperlukan
Mengekalkan fail model dan semakan lukisan yang teratur
Keperluan
Diploma/Ijazah dalam bidang Seni Bina, Kejuruteraan atau bidang berkaitan
Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Pemodel Revit/BIM
Kemahiran yang kukuh dalam Autodesk Revit
Pemahaman yang baik tentang aliran kerja BIM dan dokumentasi pembinaan
Kebolehan membaca dan mentafsir lukisan seni bina dan kejuruteraan
Perhatian terhadap perincian dan kemahiran pengurusan masa yang kukuh

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
Coordinate BIM models with architects, engineers, and consultants
Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and codes
Detect and resolve clashes and coordination issues
Update models based on design changes and site feedback
Assist in quantity take-offs and documentation when required
Maintain organized model files and drawing revisions
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Revit / BIM Modeller
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Good understanding of BIM workflows and construction documentation
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Attention to detail and strong time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
