About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Tender Engineer to lead contract preparations, including quantity take-offs from drawings, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ), and coordination of complete tender submissions. Tanggungjawab Utama

• Membangun dan mengekalkan hubungan yang kukuh dengan peniaga, kontraktor, perunding, pemaju dan pengguna akhir.
• Mengenal pasti dan meneroka peluang perniagaan baharu untuk mencapai sasaran jualan.
• Mempromosikan dan menjual penyelesaian penghawa dingin dan HVAC Syarikat.
• Menyediakan sebut harga, cadangan dan penyerahan tender.
• Memberikan nasihat teknikal dan cadangan produk kepada pelanggan.
• Menindaklanjuti pertanyaan, sebut harga dan peluang projek.
• Berkoordinasi dengan jabatan dalaman bagi memastikan pelaksanaan projek berjalan lancar dan kepuasan pelanggan.
• Pantau trend pasaran, aktiviti pesaing dan keperluan pelanggan.
• Menyediakan ramalan jualan dan laporan jualan secara berkala.

Keperluan

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda / Diploma / Diploma Lanjutan dalam Kejuruteraan Mekanikal atau Elektrik, dengan pengetahuan dalam penyaman udara.
• Pengalaman dalam penghawa dingin, HVAC, M&E, perkhidmatan bangunan atau jualan projek akan menjadi kelebihan tambahan.
• Dengan sekurang-kurangnya 1 - 2 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam peranan yang sama.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Kemahiran interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik di semua peringkat.
• Bermotivasi tinggi, berorientasikan hasil, pemain pasukan yang dinamik, berdikari, sanggup bekerja di bawah tekanan, dan berintegriti tinggi.
• Mempunyai lesen memandu yang sah dan pengangkutan sendiri.

• 準備並維護文件和使用者手冊。

要求：

• 申請人必須目前就讀於經認可的工程學院，並正在攻讀工程學位，且在實習開始前已完成相應的本科學習學分。
• 申請人累計平均績點必須達到3.0以上。
• 較強的溝通能力。
• 能夠快速學習並適應新的流程、程序和設備。
• 具備團隊合作能力
• 必須注重工作準確性、及時性和達成關鍵目標的能力。
