Responsibilities :-

• Manage the full spectrum of project execution in terms of cost, schedule and quality
• Responsible for project cost control, project planning and implementation
• -Identity priorities and tasks and develop the organization structure to assure executions of tasks, by providing clear direction on methods, time frame and schedule to achieve the stated goals
• Ensuring project quality and identity risk management and develop mitigation plan
• Regular updating and reporting of project performance, progress and analysis

• Deeply involved in improving engineering and procurement to enhance competency

Requirements :-

• Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 10 Years of management experience of project management
• Experienced in ground treatment works Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD), bridge works and others Infra works.
• Experience in ground slab construction process & piling works.
• Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) process it is an advantage
• Good knowledge and understanding of project accounting
• Dynamic, resourceful, committed and result oriented
• Familiar with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Autocad.

• Pengalaman dalam proses Pemodelan Maklumat Bangunan (BIM) adalah satu kelebihan

主要職責

1. 文件編制與報告（主要重點）

• 準備包含照片資料的每月現場報告
• 編制和更新專案進度報告，包括工作進度百分比
• 準備內部會議和客戶會議的會議記錄、報告和文件。
• 組織並維護適當的專案文件和記錄

1. 計劃與進度安排

• 制定並更新工作進度計劃
• 監控專案時間表並追蹤進度。

1. 簡報和微軟工具

• 使用以下工具準備專業報告、圖表和簡報：
• 微軟Excel（進階）
• 微軟 PowerPoint（進階）
• 根據需要提供專案最新進展

1. 現場協調

• 監控日常現場活動，並負責現場協調和監督工作。

Project Coordinator (Civil Engineer)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual with strong documentation and reporting skills to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be proficient in project documentation, reporting, Microsoft tools, and have practical site coordination knowledge.

Full Time: (Monday to Saturday, 8am – 5pm)

Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000 (Minimum 2 years experience)

Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation & Reporting (Main Focus)

• Prepare monthly site reports with photo documentation
• Prepare and update project progress reports, including work progress percentage
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and documentation for internal and client meetings
• Organize and maintain proper project documentation and records

1. Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and update progress schedules of work
• Monitor project timelines and track progress against schedules

1. Presentation & Microsoft Tools

• Prepare professional reports, charts, and presentations using:
• Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
• Microsoft PowerPoint (Advanced)
• Present project updates when required

1. Site Coordination

• Monitor daily site activities and oversee site coordination and supervision
• Understand site progress and verify actual work status
• Coordinate site activities to ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise site workers and ensure instructions are properly executed

1. Technical Support

• Assist with basic AutoCAD drawings and updates when required
• Understand basic structural and construction works

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
