We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Component DFM Engineering Technician to join our team in Seberang Prai Batu Kawan, Malaysia. 

• Responsible to review and validate the new component request whether it is conformance to internal process requirements and other DFM criteria.
• Responsible to review, validate and buyoff for 2nd/ALT source versus the primary source in term of DFM perspective.
• Able to perform DFM assessment on components with respect to packaging structure, process interaction and reliability.
