What will you do as a Platform Engineer (Digital Enterprise Solutions)?

As a highly skilled Platform Engineer who support and enhance our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform, you will be able to:

• Technical Proficiencies:Develop and support the implementation of the ESM platform modules that meets the business requirements while ensuring alignment with security, development, and coding best practices.Oversee the technical design, configuration and customization of the ESM platform and its various modules including ITSM, HR, Workplace Management, Risk Management, IT Security Operations etc.Develop technical integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON APIs to ensure seamless operation of the ESM platform.Develop custom scripts and code to extend the functionality of the ESM platform.Plan and manage the technical tasks and schedules to ensure high quality and timely delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operational procedures for the ESM platform.

What makes you a successful candidate?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, system/platform engineering, preferably with relevant technical certifications and focus on ESM platform development e.g., platforms such as ServiceNow, Atlassian, or BMC with capabilities such as ITSM, HR, Workplace Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, IT Security Operations etc.

The Logistics Operation Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of automated systems, maintenance processes, and operational assets. This role supports corrective and preventive maintenance activities, continuous improvement initiatives, reporting, and asset management through systems such as ServiceNow, Maximo, GIS, and OEE dashboards. The position plays a key role in minimizing downtime, improving system performance, and ensuring data integrity across maintenance operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Corrective Maintenance 

• Monitor and review ServiceNow tickets related to automation on a daily basis. 

• Perform Level 1 troubleshooting and resolve service tickets where possible. 

• Escalate unresolved issues and perform Level 2 troubleshooting until closure. 

• Support troubleshooting efforts for L3/L4 software and automation-related issues. 

• Collaborate with GIS teams to resolve defects related to GIS applications or software. 

• Monitor OEE dashboards to identify daily, weekly, and quarterly performance trends. 

• Investigate and analyze OEE discrepancies and system abnormalities. 

• Validate system performance after corrective actions to ensure stability, accuracy, and prevention of recurrence. 

Preventive Maintenance 

• Conduct regular reviews of equipment maintenance lists to ensure preventive maintenance (PM) compliance. 

• Review and maintain PM checklists and work instructions for accuracy and adherence. 

• Execute PM activities in Maximo, ensuring all required tasks are completed. 

• Accurately update PM status as “Completed” or “Incomplete,” including justification for any incomplete items. 

• Coordinate 6S housekeeping activities in partnership with the GIS team. 

Continuous Improvement (CIP) 

• Identify opportunities for improvement related to automation and maintenance processes. 

• Develop and propose CIP ideas and initiatives. 

• Align CIP improvements with Operational Excellence (Ops/IE), Applied Improvement, and 3PL partners. 

Reporting & Documentation 

• Prepare weekly reports on maintenance activities, corrective actions, and recurring ServiceNow errors. 

• Maintain documentation, including updates to procedures and change management records when processes are revised. 

Asset Management 

• Validate and maintain asset inventory records, including serial numbers, locations, and mappings in Maximo or asset registers.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
2. Relevant software development experience.
3. Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (operating systems, network principles, data structures, and algorithms)
4. Programming Languages: High proficiency in Java (including JVM internals and performance tuning) or Node.js (including its event-driven architecture and asynchronous programming model). Proficiency in both is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall architecture design of the game client, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability

Requirements

NPI Product Qualifications 

• Integrate AI-assisted tool and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality or effectiveness.

• Excellent execution on assembly process for 1st New Product Introduction (NPI) success and smooth transfer process from NPI to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). 

• Excellent execution of the qualification of NPI products / packages build that proliferate from the pilot products and packages according to planned timeline 

• Full responsible on support NPI business process with process Technical Risk Assessment (TRA), SPC, FMEA, Quality Control Plan (QCP), risk mitigation and documentations. 

• Deliver Best In Class (BIC) yield and cost on product NPI with integration of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) package solution, process guideline and design rules. 

• Collaboration with cross functional team from NPI to HVM process transfer.  

• On-time execution of NPI Customer samples and Engineering Samples build for new products and packages. 

Process Owner Responsible for Continuous Improvement on Process Yield, Defect Elimination and Process Characterization 

• Process owner to perform on-time detection with data analysis for process yield improvement. Lead the defect elimination and continue improvement action, with problem solving methodology, statistical analysis and integration solution decision.  

• Process owner to develop process recipe for BIC Units Per Hour (UPH), conducting process characterization to define process parameters and boundary. 

• Continuous develop in depth assembly process technical knowledge, well understand process capability/tolerance//specification limit, and utilize key tools FMEA/QCP/Machine Alarm on assembly processes characterization /development /NPI.  

• Global leader for cross team collaboration on network Best Known Method (BKM), process recipe specification and recipe standardization/conversion. 

Technology enablement and development – Process, Material, Equipment 

• Participate and support Product Roadmap, to enable key process capability and technology development to ensure packaging solution is ready prior 1st Qual Silicon deliver. 

• Frequent engagement with equipment and material supplier (at least interval of monthly or daily/weekly for process issues) 

• Collaboration with Supplier and involvement Supplier Roadmap (Material/Equipment), to understand market trends and competitor’s direction, ensure key process technology and capability enablement is in-line. 

• Frequent review and participate Competitor Analysis, to understand market trends and competitor’s technology/capability boundary

• Owning the entire Product Life Cycle, from NPI to End of Life (EOL). 

• Understanding new product challenges and collaborating with Process / Equipment/Development owners to develop new technology capabilities ahead of market
