Design, integrate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical systems for plasma processing,
water treatment, and custom-built industrial equipment. Strong hands-on involvement
required.
Responsibilities:
• Design systems for plasma equipment, water treatment, and custom machinery
• Prepare drawings using AutoCAD (ACAD)
• Select materials suitable for high temperature, corrosion, and pressure
• Coordinate with external vendors for fabrication and ensure design compliance
• Support system integration with electrical and process components
• Perform hands-on installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and
operation
• Support production and daily operation of systems and equipment
• Optimize system performance, efficiency, and reliability
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure equipment uptime
• Support R&D, prototyping, and system scale-up
• Prepare basic technical documentation (drawings, SOPs, reports)
Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of fluid systems, heat transfer, and mechanical design
• Proficient in AutoCAD (ACAD)
• Hands-on, practical, and able to work in workshop and production environment
• Willing to travel and work on-site as required (local and overseas)
