Position Overview

This role is responsible for end-to-end EUC engineering and operational support within a managed services environment, with additional responsibility for network troubleshooting and infrastructure support. • Be open to learning and supporting additional platforms/tools integrated with OpenShift

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience working with Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms
• Basic understanding of:
• Containers (Docker/CRI-O)
• Kubernetes/OpenShift architecture
• Linux systems and command line
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, ingress)
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is a plus
• Basic scripting skills (Shell/Python) are advantageous
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services environments mandatory)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
