As a QEM PQE Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) Engineer, you will be responsible for driving deep technical understanding and resolution of yield, quality, and reliability challenges for advanced NAND memory products manufactured in Fab10.

You will support both new product introduction (NPI) and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) by performing die-level electrical analysis, failure mode construction, and innovative characterization to enable robust product qualification and continuous yield improvement. • Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in plastic injection moulding environment.
• Knowledge of validation protocols including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Familiar with Scientific Process Development (SPD) methodologies.
• Experience in DOE, process optimisation, and troubleshooting will be advantageous.
• Exposure to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 environments will be an added advantage.
