Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the laboratory weighing and electrochemistry business within assigned market segments.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from pre-sales discussions to post-sales support.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including technical questions and quotation requests.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Continuously build product knowledge and sales skills to provide quality customer support.
• Achieve sales KPIs, including revenue and customer visit targets.
• Use CRM systems (e.g. SAP) to generate quotations and manage customer records.
• Take initiative in business development activities and support overall business growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Biomedical Engineering or any related course of studies
• Internship in related field/ experience dealing with laboratory equipment or apparatus will be highly preferred
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Comfortable dealing with customers and sales driven
