Job Descriptions:
· Main technical window for new products and existing mass production parts
· Involvement in developing methodology for implementation of new and improved processes
· Evaluate processes for CIP and develop implementation methodology whileimproving cost effectiveness
· Technical training and development of engineering team
· Preparation of process related technical documentations, like FMEA, validation protocol, evaluate processing parameters and data
· Trial new tooling and equipment and make modifications as needed to meet quality and production goals
· Liaison with customer engineering teams, incorporate customer engineering concepts, ideas into feasible design to fit facility/company manufacturing process
· Use creative skills to assist in solving design or manufacturing issues or constraints
· Work closely with customer in product, project or system development issues
· Keep up on latest industry standards, process and procedures
· Participate in formal improvement team activities
· Support all development and organizational improvement initiatives in order to achieve business objectives
· Other tasks as assigned by supervisors/managers.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/relevant field
· At least 3 years of hands-on working experience in manufacturing production environment.
· Experience in Minitab software will be a plus.
· ISO9001 and ISO14001 awareness certification will be a plus.
· Good communication skills.
· Able to carry out technical analysis independently.
· Lead a team of technicians and provide training where required.
· Able to liaison with customer, interact with relevant persons in technical discussion.
