Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors to coordinate site activities and installation works.
• Design and develop electrical systems and components to meet project requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Project Engineer specializing in Engineering – Construction.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in QLASSIC (CIS7:2021) and BuildQAS strategic implementation
• Implement the QA/QC management system at site in accordance to ISO9001 together with the Quality Manager and also in preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors’ and vendors’ non destructive testing on site
• Formulate micro work schedule and construction programmes in accordance with the project requirements and specifications.
• Identify trades and able to execute works sequential order to ensure compliance with the required quality with Architecture and M&E departments
• Coordinate with the Client’s representative on all quality matters
• Participate in the site internal and external site audits
• Formulate and coordinate all the quality site inspections for every stages of work namely; progress, PDI, CPC, CCC, DLP and CMGD
• Ensure all Quality Documentation is compiled and complete for Quality Records from inception of project to completion of project including as-builts, O&M and Warranties.
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action with site team
• Monitor the implementation of the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Coordinate with the (site) Head of Project, Construction Manager, Architecture Manager and M&E Manager on all quality issues including all works Method Statements.

Purpose of Role:

To provide on-site support and manage reliability contract of mechanical seals for customer in Malaysia.

Key Activity:

•Assist and guide seal installation / removal at customer site / repair shop.

•On site pump /seal initial assessment and inspection

•Support commissioning of seal system

•Perform 5-point checks on the equipment’s prior to seal installation

•Conduct site tours, identify preventive activities (for eg: monitoring plan 11/13/23 for temperatures, pressures for plan 52/53A/B/C, flow monitoring on plan 54, bearing oil condition monitoring and general leakage on the equipment) and implement recommendations proactively to eliminate potential causes of seal failures.

•Co-ordinate seal activation and tracking

•Prepare Inspection Reports and perform failure analysis

•To conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA’s) for bad actors in the plant

•Be responsible for reliability data management, trending, analysis, and reporting.

•Understand customers’ needs, Review installations, make engineering proposals to optimize arrangements, quantify benefits, prepare and present proposals.

• System Design & Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable systems, with Python-based services and microservices as the primary stack.

The team provides decision support solutions to address business objectives in risk prevention and fraud detection. We deliver software solutions and offer client support using our expertise and a client-focused approach.

Site Reliability Engineer

The SRE will build and operate the reliability, observability, and operational excellence infrastructure underpinning the GFS managed fraud detection platforms. You will work across deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and incident management — ensuring GBG can deliver on high availability SLAs for banking and fintech customers who depend on real-time fraud detection at scale.

What you will do

• Design and operate the SRE practice for Managed oferings, including on-call processes, SLA frameworks, incident response playbooks, and post-incident review (PIR) processes.
• Build and maintain observability infrastructure: centralised logging (correlation IDs), metrics dashboards, distributed tracing, and alerting for the Predator/Instinct platform stack.
• Define and track SLOs (Service Level Objectives) and error budgets for real-time transaction processing pipelines, targeting high TPS and low round-trip latency.
• Manage cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tooling (Terraform, Helm), supporting both AWS/Azure cloud deployments and on-premises customer environments.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for GFS solutions (Jenkins, etc.)
• Work with Engineering teams to ensure security and compliance readiness for Managed services — including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, PDPA/GDPR — in close coordination with InfoSec teams.
• Drive platform resilience improvements: high availability, auto-scaling, disaster recovery, backup/restore procedures, and chaos engineering practices.

Skills we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on experience in a Site Reliability, Platform Engineering, or DevOps role, ideally supporting mission-critical real-time processing systems in banking, payments, or fintech.
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable) including networking, compute, storage, and managed services.
• Deep expertise with containerisation and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), Helm, and associated tooling.
• Infrastructure as Code experience: Terraform (required), and familiarity with Ansible or Pulumi.
• Observability stack proficiency: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Jaeger/Zipkin, or equivalent enterprise-grade tooling.

• Familiarity with database reliability practices for SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle — including replication, read replicas, and failover.
• Working knowledge of secrets management (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager) and zero-trust identity principles.
• Experience supporting real-time streaming or event-driven architectures (Kafka, RisingWave, or similar) in production environments.
• Scripting and automation proficiency: Python, Bash, or Go for operational tooling.
• Strong sense of operational ownership and accountability — comfortable being on-call and driving incidents to resolution.
• Excellent communication skills — able to produce clear incident reports, runbooks, and architecture documentation for both technical and executive audiences.

Production-level experience with Kubernetes is mandatory..

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in the same role.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related fields
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, JumpCloud, remote support and administration, Windows & macOS, iOS & Android OS.
• Hands-on experience with installing computer networks, network administration, network installation, IT hardware, and software.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of successfully working with a wide array of functional groups across an organization and cultures, as well as working independently.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments

Role Overview

We are a fast-growing insurtech company focused on transforming the motor insurance ecosystem through automation, data, and customer-centric digital experiences. Our mission is to simplify insurance operations, reduce processing time, and improve accuracy across the policy lifecycle. 

We are looking for an RPA Engineer to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions across our insurance operations. The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, reducing manual workload, and enhancing data accuracy across policy workflows and customer engagement.

You will work closely with Business Transformation, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to automate high-volume processes using RPA tools and integrate data pipelines across systems such as CRM, Google Cloud and messaging platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

RPA Development & Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive insurance processes (quotation handling, policy issuance, claims).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build robust, scalable, and efficient automation workflows following RPA best practices.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of RPA solutions to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize RPA bots to ensure continuous performance.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with regulatory and data security requirements
• Optimize existing automation scripts to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to RPA bots in production.
• Implement proper exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.

Process Automation & System Integration

• Automate data workflows between internal systems, CRM platforms, and third-party applications.
• Integrate RPA workflows with APIs, databases, and cloud-based platforms.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data from multiple systems.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or similar).
• Experience working in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD), Blue Prism Developer Certification, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional or related Professional RPA Certification is preferred but not compulsory.
• Experience in scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, VBScript, JavaScript, C#) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with process analysis, workflow design, and system integration.
• Understanding of database queries (SQL) and API integration.

Who You Are

You will lead the technical direction for Hirer Shared Services, shaping cloud-first shared platforms that improve developer experience and tech health for teams across the Hirer domain. You will design and evolve critical services such as the domain-wide GraphQL API, audit logging, and centralised authorisation, partnering with Engineering Managers and senior leaders across a distributed team of around 10 people based in Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne and Sydney.

What You Will Do

• Ensure sub-domain services and platforms are fit for purpose, well-architected and aligned to SEEK development practices and technical metrics
• Design, operate and evolve scalable, performant cloud-first systems on AWS, including complex GraphQL-based architectures
• Act as the technical escalation point for your sub-domain, deep-diving into incidents and leading incident reviews, documentation and follow-up improvements
• Uplift engineering discipline by championing CI/CD, TDD/BDD, clean code, secure coding and DevOps practices across multiple teams
• Define and drive technical roadmaps that improve tech health, observability, resilience, security and compliance for shared services
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Heads of Engineering, Architecture, Security and Product to align sub-domain strategy with SEEK’s technical strategy
• Coach and mentor Staff Engineers and Software Engineers, nurturing future technical leaders and fostering a safe, inclusive and engaged engineering culture
