• Develop and update mechanical maintenance plans and schedules to ensure alignment with terminal standards, procedures and regulatory requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of mechanical and maintenance experience, including 3 years’ in supervisory capacity, preferably in oil and gas, petrochemical or related industries
• Must have Rotating equipment hands on experience, have experience managing technicians and managing maintenance budget, added advantage if have experience using SAP for maintenance scheduling
• Sound knowledge of local codes, regulatory standards, equipment inspection schedules and legislative compliance
• Hands-on experience in repair and maintenance of complex static and rotating equipment, reciprocating compressors and engines, piping and valves is essential
• Certifications in API standards, vibration analysis or related mechanical diagnostic techniques will be an advantage
• Physically fit and able to participate in emergency response duties, including as part of the CERT

• Safety & Compliance Execution: Direct and oversee all maintenance work to ensure flawless execution in strict compliance with Neste rules and regulations, Industry standards, and local Authority requirements. • Coordinate with Main con to carry out outstanding defect works.
• Call tender for all M&E Capex works. Put up purchase requisition and coordinate the works to ensure smooth completion.
